Returns, Refunds and cancellations
We try to make buying online training as easy and straightforward as we can but we understand that sometimes our courses might not be right for you.
If you are disappointed in any aspect of the training delivered by us we are happy to issue a full refund if you contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase. All we ask is you:

You have not completed or attempted to complete your course.
If it has been longer than 14 days then refund requests are handled on a case by case basis. Please submit your cancellation and refund requests to Rosebudsbeautyacademy@gmail.com
We aim to deal with all requests swiftly and you should receive a response from our support within 24 hours on average during working hours.
